Hello and thank you for taking the time to come to my page. So a little about me and my fitness journey...
​
Fitness journey didn't start til I was 23. After taking a year from working out due to being pregnant and being scared to workout, I finally got back to the gym. It wasn't easy at first and I felt very weak. My hips and back would hurt just from simple sit-ups. After about a year of good habits and staying steady in the gym I was able to bounce back.
​
I'm out here to reach out to everyone that are on a fitness journey and especially to the moms that need some motivation to get back in shape. Check out my postpartum fitness plan and other plans and lets get this mission started to a better you!
